١. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك تطبيق «صحيفتي» (Sahifty) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق. التطبيق يقدّمه محمد هلال (Mohamed Helal).
٢. وصف الخدمة
«صحيفتي» تطبيق للمحاسبة اليومية الإسلامية يساعدك على تتبّع الصلاة والأذكار والعادات والمهام والقرآن والصدقة، ومحاسبة نفسك حول إيقاع اليوم الإسلامي. مواقيت الصلاة والتواريخ الهجرية تُحسب بطرق حسابية تقريبية وقد تختلف قليلًا عن التقاويم المحلية؛ والمحتوى الإسلامي يُقدَّم للاستئناس الشخصي ولا يُغني عن سؤال أهل العلم.
٣. الحساب
- الاستخدام متاح لمن هم بعمر ١٣ عامًا فأكثر.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك وعن النشاط الذي يجري عبر حسابك.
- تلتزم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة عند التسجيل.
٤. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
قد يوفّر التطبيق ميزات مدفوعة عبر اشتراك. تُدار عمليات الشراء والتجديد والإلغاء من خلال متجر التطبيقات (Apple App Store أو Google Play) ووفقًا لشروطه. تتجدّد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِها قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر. تخضع المبالغ المستردّة لسياسة المتجر المعنيّ.
٥. الاستخدام المقبول
- عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إليه.
- عدم استخدام التطبيق في أي غرض غير قانوني أو مخالف لهذه الشروط.
٦. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه وعلامته «صحيفتي / Sahifty» مملوكة لمالكه. المحتوى الذي تنشئه (عاداتك، مهامك، سجلاتك) يبقى مِلكك، وتمنحنا إذنًا محدودًا بتخزينه ومعالجته لتقديم الخدمة لك فقط، كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.
٧. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات. نسعى للدقة لكننا لا نضمن خلوّ مواقيت الصلاة أو الحسابات أو المحتوى من الأخطاء. استخدامك للتطبيق على مسؤوليتك.
٨. حدود المسؤولية
في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
٩. الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
١٠. تعديل الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، وسننشر أي تعديل على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك للنسخة المُحدّثة.
١١. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ما لم يقتضِ قانون حماية المستهلك المحلي لديك خلاف ذلك.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Sahifty (صحيفتي) app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The app is operated by Mohamed Helal.
2. The service
Sahifty is an Islamic daily-accountability app that helps you track prayers, azkar, habits, tasks, Quran, and charity, and reckon with your day around the Islamic daily rhythm. Prayer times and Hijri dates are computed using calculation methods and may differ slightly from local calendars; Islamic content is provided for personal benefit and is not a substitute for qualified scholarly guidance.
3. Your account
- The app is intended for users aged 13 and older.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
4. Subscriptions & payments
The app may offer paid features via subscription. Purchases, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and subject to its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period via your store account settings. Refunds are governed by the relevant store's policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or gain unauthorized access.
- Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
6. Content & intellectual property
The app, its design, and the "Sahifty / صحيفتي" mark are owned by its operator. Content you create (your habits, tasks, logs) remains yours; you grant us a limited permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that prayer times, calculations, or content are error-free. Your use of the app is at your own responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are violated.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post any changes on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
